The Role

Wpromote is one of the world’s leading digital marketing firms, helping Challenger Brands profitably grow, scale and achieve amazing results. As part of our quest to up-end the marketing world, we are looking for a rockstar head of engineering and technology to spearhead our efforts to build a first-in-our-industry set of tools to make our team of 400+ marketers super-human. From paid search experts building million-keyword campaigns to keyword analysis tools used by our Content Marketing wizzes to our data scientists ingesting years of purchase data to build customer lifetime value models, we spend a lot of time doing repetitive tasks. If we can turn 10 hours of work into 1 hour through smart tools and automation, we can reinvest those 9 hours in critical thinking, hypothesis testing and analysis, and ultimately performance for our clients. If we do this across our hundreds of marketers and thousands of tasks, we can fundamentally change the digital marketing business.

If you are hands-on engineering leader with a business mind and digital marketing chops, we want to get to know you, share our vision and accomplish amazing things together.

Awards? We have them in spades; Wpromote was named Ad Age’s #3 best place to work not just because of our long list of perks below:
